Display & Operations Lead
📍 Location: Manotick, ONT | Seasonal, Full-Time

Do you have an eye for visual merchandising and a knack for keeping operations running smoothly? 


Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an exceptional retail experience? Do you enjoy working hands-on in a dynamic environment where merchandising, inventory management, and store operations come together? 

If so, One World Bazaar is looking for a Display & Operations Lead to oversee in-store merchandising, inventory management, and day-to-day operational tasks. In this role, you'll ensure the store is visually engaging, well-stocked, and efficiently run to create a seamless shopping experience.


Primary Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
  • Lead the setup and execution of displays, ensuring an engaging and customer-friendly environment. 
  • Maintain product placement and store layout, refreshing displays to keep the space visually appealing. 
  • Ensure all signage, pricing, and product information is accurate and well-presented. 
  • Assist with seasonal store transitions, including setup and teardown.

Inventory Management & Stock Organization

 

  • Oversee inventory processes, including receiving, tagging, pricing, and restocking. 
  • Maintain accurate stock records, ensuring smooth integration between in-store and online inventory. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with leadership to optimize stock flow. 
  • Assist in tracking sales trends and ensuring high-demand products are readily available.


Operational Support & Team Coordination

 

  • Ensure daily store operations run efficiently, including opening and closing duties. 
  • Keep stock areas organized and functional to support smooth store operations. 
  • Assist in training and guiding seasonal staff on sales and retail operations.  
  • Work closely with the management team to improve store efficiencies and problem-solve operational challenges.

Customer Service & Team Support

  • Provide outstanding customer service while overseeing a department during our seasonal fall sale. 
  • Contribute positively to a small, dynamic team committed to delivering a one-of-a-kind and unique shopping experience
  • Comfortably use ladders to retrieve products for customers and ensure displays are appealing

Schedule & Compensation

Full-Time, Seasonal – Increased hours during peak season (Sept–Nov), with flexibility in off-peak periods. Contract will run until Dec 15, with the potential for part-time work during winter, and renewal April 1.
